Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?

Our online checkout covers the Klang Valley. For other areas, WhatsApp us and we will arrange delivery with you.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order from 1 bag. A delivery fee applies on smaller orders.

Do the prices include SST?

When will my order arrive?

Order before 2pm and we plan delivery for the next day. We will confirm the delivery window with you on WhatsApp. Someone must be at the address to receive the order, because our products are frozen and cannot be left unattended.

How do I store it?

Keep frozen at -18°C. Shelf life is 12 months.

Is it halal?

Yes. The whole Kejap Food frozen range is halal certified.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If an item arrives spoiled, damaged or wrong, WhatsApp us photos or a short video within 24 hours with your order number, and keep the item in your freezer until we reply. We will offer a replacement or a refund. All sales are final for change of mind. See our return & refund policy.
